JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead multi-year transformation of cloud-based pricing tools for specialty P&C
- Own pricing tool roadmap and governance for account and portfolio pricing
- Manage and develop a team of actuarial developers
- Build pricing methodologies including manual, experience, and exposure rating
- Proficiency with Python for insurance pricing required
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Primary insurance pricing (8+ years)
- Building web-based pricing tools
- Experience with rating models including manual and experience rating
- Python for insurance pricing applications
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Membership in the Casualty Actuarial Society required (ACAS/FCAS)
- 8+ years of primary insurance pricing experience
- Hands-on experience building web-based pricing tools
- Proficiency with Python in insurance pricing applications
- People management experience (preferred) but role manages a team
