You will manage and conduct reserve-related projects, review select P&C reserving segments, and provide guidance to business unit leaders. Located in Tampa, FL (also possible Omaha), hybrid with four days in-office expected.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Manage and conduct P&C reserve-related projects and analyses
- Focus on commercial lines reserving segments and reserve review
- Provide guidance to business unit leaders and senior staff
- Hybrid role — in office 4 days per week (Tampa or Omaha locations)
- Manager-level role requiring ACAS and extensive reserving experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- property/casualty reserving
- commercial lines reserving

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required
- Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) required
- 10+ years P&C insurance experience, including 5+ years in reserving
- Ability to lead reserving projects and present findings to senior leaders
