JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead a team focused on Medicare forecasting and actuarial analytics
  • Design and run advanced data programs using SAS, SQL, R, Python, Excel, Power BI
  • Serve as key contact for Medicare forecasting initiatives and financial cycle support
  • Fully remote within the U.S. (local hires in Minneapolis/DC require 4 days/week onsite)
  • Manager-level role requiring ASA or FSA and 6+ years actuarial analytics experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Medicare forecasting and actuarial analytics
  • Designing and running scalable data programs (SAS, SQL, R, Python)
  • Financial planning and performance support for Medicare

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Actuarial credential: ASA or FSA required
  • 6+ years of experience in an actuarial analytics role
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience with SAS, SQL, R, Python, Power BI
  • 2+ years presenting analytic findings and collaborating with cross-functional partners
