Senior P&C actuarial role focused on Personal Lines pricing and analytics. You will help develop new pricing capabilities, implement a rating platform, and partner with data and technology teams. The role is based in Columbus, OH or Des Moines, IA with some remote flexibility and reports to an actuarial/analytics/risk leader.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Develop and implement Personal Lines pricing capabilities and rating platform
- Act as pricing subject-matter expert partnering with data, analytics, and tech
- Build and validate predictive models using SQL and Python/R
- Senior actuarial consultant role (generally ACAS, 5+ years experience)
- Role located in Columbus, OH or Des Moines, IA; remote candidates may be considered

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Generally attained ACAS (designation expectation)
- Five or more years of actuarial experience
- Experience with Personal Lines products
- Proficiency with SQL and Python and/or R
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored visa
