JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Build and maintain MG-ALFA valuation models for life and annuity products
Support cash flow testing and ALM using model results
Validate models, perform sensitivity analysis, and present reconciliations
Use Excel, VBA or Python for data transformation and model tooling
Boston-based role reporting to AVP, Actuarial Modeling (senior analyst)

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Life/annuity insurance industry experience
MG-ALFA or actuarial modeling software experience
Cash flow testing and ALM model support
Financial reporting for US GAAP, US Statutory and Bermuda EBS

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Near ASA with 2+ years in the life/annuity insurance industry
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, or related field
Direct experience with MG-ALFA or other actuarial modeling software preferred
Hands-on Excel, VBA or Python experience for data and model tasks
Experience supporting US GAAP and US Statutory financial reporting
