JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Develop and review capitation rates and financial analysis for Oregon Medicaid CCOs
- Translate actuarial and fiscal findings into accessible policy guidance
- Lead project management for major Medicaid initiatives and federal changes
- Hybrid role (80% remote / 20% in-office) based in Salem, OR
- Report to the Chief Actuary and collaborate across policy, fiscal, and program teams
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Professional-level evaluative, analytical, and planning work (4 years)
- Experience interpreting actuarial models and forecasting fiscal impacts
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 4 years professional-level evaluative, analytical, planning work
- Or any combination of education/experience equivalent to 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience interpreting actuarial models and performing fiscal forecasting
- Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
