JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Develop and review capitation rates and financial analysis for Oregon Medicaid CCOs
  • Translate actuarial and fiscal findings into accessible policy guidance
  • Lead project management for major Medicaid initiatives and federal changes
  • Hybrid role (80% remote / 20% in-office) based in Salem, OR
  • Report to the Chief Actuary and collaborate across policy, fiscal, and program teams

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Professional-level evaluative, analytical, and planning work (4 years)
  • Experience interpreting actuarial models and forecasting fiscal impacts

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 4 years professional-level evaluative, analytical, planning work
  • Or any combination of education/experience equivalent to 7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience interpreting actuarial models and performing fiscal forecasting
  • Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Employment contingent on criminal and driving records checks
