JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Develop and review Medicaid capitation rates for CCOs
  • Interpret actuarial models and forecast fiscal impacts
  • Monitor CCO solvency and support financial oversight
  • Coordinate cross-functional policy and operational initiatives
  • Hybrid role — 80% remote, 20% in office (Salem, OR)

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Medicaid managed care and CCO rate-setting
  • Capitation rate development and Medicaid financing
  • Interpreting federal and state Medicaid laws and regulations
  • Project management for large policy implementations
  • Financial oversight and solvency monitoring

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree and four years of professional-level analytical experience (or equivalent 7 years)
  • Experience translating complex quantitative analysis for policy makers
  • Project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Eligible to work in the US; position does not provide visa sponsorship
  • Able to pass criminal records and driving records checks
