  • Support metric setting, target rates and capital allocation decisions
  • Partner with product pricing teams and enforce governance

  • valuation and reserving for life products
  • reinsurance and capital management experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • ASA or FSA designation required
  • Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, math, finance or similar
  • 5+ years of life and annuity experience, preferably U.S. market
  • Experience in pricing, valuation, reinsurance or capital management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills
