You'll lead and deliver cross-functional actuarial initiatives across pricing, reserving and ERM, owning project scope, schedule, budgets and stakeholder alignment. This hybrid role requires 5+ years of project management experience and US work authorization.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead actuarial projects across pricing, reserving and ERM
- Own full project lifecycle from scope to on-time delivery
- Hybrid role — minimum 3 days/week in St. Louis corporate office
- Requires 5+ years of progressive project management experience
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

- Project management across complex initiatives
- Managing multiple stakeholders
- Managing budgets and financial targets
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana)
- Working in cross-functional team environments
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (required)
- Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Experience managing budgets and financial targets
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
