You will analyze payer claims, run CMS risk adjustment models, support the annual financial plan, and perform experience studies using SQL, SAS and VBA. Onsite role; requires completion of 2+ actuarial exams and a bachelor’s degree.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Support IBNR modeling, reserves and monthly close for Medicare Advantage
- Analyze payer claims data and run CMS risk adjustment models
- Use SQL, SAS and Visual Basic for data analysis and modeling
- Onsite in Miami, FL with up to 10% travel
- Entry-level — 2+ actuarial exams completed; bachelor’s degree required

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required (experience may substitute year-for-year)

- Experience analyzing payer claims data and running CMS risk adjustment
- Spoken and written fluency in English
