JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Manage P&C pricing, reserving, financial condition testing, and capital modeling engagements
Serve as day-to-day client contact and translate technical work into executive-ready insights
Lead and coach actuarial teams and oversee model governance and controls
Requires 10+ years' experience and fellowship (FCIA and CAS)
Strong bilingual French and English skills for Quebec and Ontario markets

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

P&C insurance pricing
segmentation and predictive modeling
rate filings and regulator interaction (FSRA Ontario)
Canadian P&C claims analysis and pricing/reserving strategy

KEY REQUIREMENTS

At least 10 years of relevant actuarial experience
Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA) and Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS)
Experience in P&C pricing, segmentation, and predictive modeling
Proven experience preparing and defending rate filings with FSRA Ontario
Bilingual French and English required
