Responsible for pricing, state rate reviews, and developing analytics to drive profitable territory growth. Hiring at Senior Actuarial Analyst or Associate/AD levels (hybrid in Hartford, 3 days/week).
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Support Small Business pricing and territory strategies across Auto, BOP, and WC
- Perform state rate review analysis and provide pricing recommendations
- Develop and enhance analytic tools to support decision-making
- Hybrid role – Hartford office 3 days/week (Tue–Thu); other hub/remote options possible
- Hiring at Sr Actuarial Analyst (4 exams, 2+ yrs) or Associate/AD (6–7 exams, 4+ yrs)

- Small business commercial Auto, BOP, and Workers' Compensation
- State rate review and regulatory input
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Sr Actuarial Analyst: 4 actuarial exams and 2+ years of experience
- AD & Associate Actuary: 6–7 actuarial exams and 4+ years of experience
- Fluency in Small Business lines: Auto, BOP, and Workers' Comp
- Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Hybrid work in Hartford 3 days/week
