JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead quarterly and annual financial projections and reserve analysis
- Perform ALM projections and short-/long-term profitability modeling
- Develop product/pricing models and analyses using AXIS
- Build automated tools and data reporting for mortality and lapse studies
- Requires ~5 years actuarial experience and 4+ exams
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Mortality and lapse studies
- Asset liability management and financial projections
- Financial modeling and valuation using AXIS
- Reserving and rate study analysis
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, math, or related field
- 5+ years of actuarial experience
- 4-5 actuarial exams passed or equivalent experience
- Experience with AXIS for actuarial modeling
- Proficiency with SQL and at least one language (R or SAS)
