Senior P&C actuarial pricing role in AXA XL’s North America Middle Market team in Hartford, Connecticut. You’ll lead pricing and portfolio profitability analyses across commercial casualty lines, develop and govern pricing models, and partner with underwriting and business leaders to influence decisions.

Requirements

Must have

Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Applied Math, Statistics, or related quantitative field
Near ACAS designation or recently attained ACAS credential, with demonstrated commitment to continued professional development
Experience using Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical tools
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

Strongly preferred

Extensive actuarial, insurance, data analytics, or related analytical experience
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborative team player with organizational and time management abilities
Intellectual curiosity, initiative, and commitment to continuous learning
Attention to detail and high-quality work with integrity
Demonstrated ability to work without supervision, manage projects, and influence decisions
Experience collaborating with underwriting, product, or business stakeholders
