You will produce complex analyses, lead projects, mentor analysts, and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders. Remote role based in the United States reporting to the Chief Actuary.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Senior actuarial role focused on E&S and commercial lines pricing and reserving
- Produce complex ratemaking, reserving, analytics and systems-integration work
- Build reports and pricing tools; work closely with E&S underwriters
- Proficient in Excel, Python and SQL; experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Remote role; minimum 5 years actuarial experience expected
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Excess & Surplus pricing
- Commercial lines pricing (GL and Commercial Auto)
- Ratemaking and reserving analyses
- Catastrophe modelling and stochastic simulation
- Systems integration and data reporting
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of related actuarial experience
- Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative field
- Demonstrated commercial lines / E&S pricing experience
- Proficient in Excel, Python and SQL
- Strong pricing and reserving knowledge with actuarial modelling skills
