HIGHLIGHTS

Associate-level life actuarial technician supporting product development, projection models, pricing verification, and financial reporting in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will perform complex data manipulation, build and review projection models, support product calculations and UAT for illustration and admin systems. Hybrid role (three days/week in office).

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Support life and annuity product calculations and illustration systems
  • Build and review projection models and perform financial reconciliations
  • Complex data manipulation and macros (Excel/VBA) for actuarial reports
  • Perform UAT, requirement gathering, and use JIRA for tracking
  • Hybrid role — 3 days per week in Cedar Rapids, IA

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
  • Strong Excel skills including macros/VBA and complex data manipulation
  • Ability to analyze actuarial processes and perform projection modelling
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
