JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Perform complex actuarial analyses to support business decision making
- Prepare research, reports, and present technical findings to stakeholders
- Build and direct development of actuarial tools; advanced Excel and SAS
- Mentor, motivate, and train less experienced staff and peers
- Requires 5–7 years' relevant experience; ACAS/ASA preferred
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Knowledge of actuarial techniques and standards
- Experience building complex models in Excel and SAS
- Cross-functional familiarity with underwriting, claims, and finance
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5–7 years of relevant actuarial experience
- Advanced computing skills (MS Excel, SAS) with ability to build complex models
- Sound knowledge of actuarial techniques and standards
- Ability to mentor and train junior staff
