JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead Medicare Advantage (Part C & D) bid development and pricing strategy
- Perform cohort-level profitability, forecasting and variance analysis
- Build and validate actuarial models and support regulatory filings
- Work remotely, hybrid, or onsite per the company's telecommuting policy
- Senior role requiring ASA/FSA and 6+ years of actuarial experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Medicare Advantage pricing
- Medicare Part C and D bid development
- Profitability and forecasting for Medicare plans
- Regulatory filings and actuarial exhibits
- Building and validating actuarial models
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Associateship or Fellowship in SOA (ASA or FSA) and AAA membership required
- Minimum 6 years of actuarial experience in pricing, forecasting or trend analysis
- In-depth Medicare Advantage pricing and regulatory knowledge
- Experience building and evaluating new actuarial models and project management
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python or R and Tableau or Power BI
