Entry-level life actuarial analyst role in an Actuarial Development Program. You will rotate through life and annuity valuation, ALM, modeling and forecasting, product development, and enterprise risk tasks. The role is office-based in the United States with occasional evenings, weekends, and travel.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Rotate through life and annuity valuation, ALM, product development, and ERM
- Prepare GAAP, statutory, and tax reserve trends and assist statutory statements
- Support pricing, NGE analysis, and product illustration/testing
- Work with Moody's AXIS for asset modelling and complex securities
- Full-time office role with occasional evenings, weekends, and travel
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Life and annuity valuation
- GAAP and statutory reserving
- Product pricing and non-guaranteed elements analysis
- Modeling and financial projections
- Asset-liability management support
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- BS in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or related
- 0–2 years of insurance actuarial experience (including internships)
- Proven ability to pass actuarial exams (exam progress expected)
