Senior P&C actuarial leadership role (AVP) for Lexington Property pricing. You will lead the property pricing team, set strategy, partner with underwriting and catastrophe modelers, and oversee pricing systems and portfolio accumulation. Role is based in the US (options include Philadelphia) and requires a CAS Fellowship with extensive commercial property experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead Lexington Property pricing team and be accountable for pricing results
- Develop pricing strategy, rating methodologies and portfolio construction
- Collaborate with underwriting, cat modelers and reserving actuaries
- Drive pricing systems improvements and cloud-based analytics transformation
- Primarily office-based role with locations including Philadelphia, NY, NJ, IL, or Boston
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- commercial property pricing
- commercial lines actuarial experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS)
- 10+ years of commercial lines actuarial experience, significant property pricing
- Proven experience leading and developing a pricing team
- Strong communication and ability to present to senior management
- Hands-on with pricing systems and ability to drive technical change
