JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead Retail & Canada Property pricing team and own pricing results
- Develop pricing strategy, portfolio construction and underwriting guidance
- Partner with cat modelers and reserving actuaries to quantify risk impacts
- Drive pricing systems improvements and a cloud-based analytics transformation
- Onsite role; senior leadership position (AVP) with staff management
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- commercial lines actuarial experience (10+ years)
- commercial property pricing
- team leadership and staff development
- catastrophe modelling and accumulation management

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS)
- 10+ years of commercial lines actuarial experience
- Significant commercial property pricing experience
- Proven experience leading and developing actuarial staff
- Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills
