HIGHLIGHTS

Senior life actuarial role (Director) on the Enterprise Actuarial Governance team in Newport Beach, CA / Omaha, NE / Charlotte, NC. You will review enterprise biometric and policyholder behavior assumptions, lead challenger-model development, and strengthen assumption governance and controls across multiple product lines worldwide. Reporting to the VP, Actuarial & Appointed Actuary, the role combines experience-study leadership with predictive modelling and stakeholder engagement.

Drive assumption governance, monitoring and experience study best practices
Develop challenger models and support predictive modelling initiatives

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Assumption setting and experience study methodologies
Statistical analysis supporting actuarial assumptions
Assumption governance and monitoring principles

KEY REQUIREMENTS

7+ years of actuarial experience
FSA or equivalent designation required
Expertise in assumption setting and experience study methodologies
Strong statistical and analytical skills for assumption review
Ability to present complex findings to senior management
