Manager-level health/group benefits pricing role focused on Paid Family & Medical Leave (PFML) and unpaid leave. You will lead pricing, forecasting, and analytics initiatives, partner with Product, Underwriting and Distribution, and manage one actuarial direct report. Hybrid role based in Omaha, NE (3 days/week in office).
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead pricing and analytics for private-plan PFML and unpaid leave products
- Develop forecasting and reporting frameworks to measure pricing performance
- Partner with Product, Distribution, Underwriting and senior pricing leaders
- Hybrid role – 3 days a week in a Lincoln office (Omaha, NE)
- Ideal for ASA or FSA with 5+ years actuarial experience in group benefits

- Group benefits pricing
- Paid Family & Medical Leave (PFML) portfolio experience
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of actuarial experience
- ASA or FSA required upon hire
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required
- Proficiency with SQL and Dataiku
- Formal people leadership responsibility (manages one actuarial direct report)
