JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead pricing and analytics for private-plan PFML and unpaid leave products
  • Develop forecasting and reporting frameworks to measure pricing performance
  • Partner with Product, Distribution, Underwriting and senior pricing leaders
  • Hybrid role – 3 days a week in a Lincoln office (Omaha, NE)
  • Ideal for ASA or FSA with 5+ years actuarial experience in group benefits

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Group benefits pricing
  • Paid Family & Medical Leave (PFML) portfolio experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of actuarial experience
  • ASA or FSA required upon hire
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required
  • Proficiency with SQL and Dataiku
  • Formal people leadership responsibility (manages one actuarial direct report)
