Senior actuarial role in Humana’s Enterprise Growth Finance team focusing on Health. You will maintain and enhance LTV/NPV models for Medicare Advantage and CenterWell lines, develop 5-year assumptions, and deliver ad hoc deep-dive analyses. Remote (US) role collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive financial and strategic decisions.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Maintain and enhance MA-IND and CenterWell LTV/NPV models
- Develop forward-looking 5-year assumptions by line of business
- Perform ad hoc NPV deep-dives to support business decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and business units
- Fully remote within the US; 40 hours/week and bonus eligible
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- financial and actuarial modeling
- LTV/NPV modeling
- assumption development and forecasting
- experience across modeling, pricing, filings, reserving or trending
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required
- FSA or ASA and MAAA membership required
- 4+ years finance, actuarial, or financial modeling experience
- Advanced Excel and SAS/SQL skillset required
- Experience across multiple functions (modeling, pricing, reserving, reporting)
