HIGHLIGHTS

Senior P&C actuary role on the North America Excess Casualty Pricing & Analytics team. You will lead pricing model development, conduct large-account pricing, and provide analytics and tools for underwriters. Position is based on the US East Coast (primary location Exton, PA; other East Coast offices including Hartford, CT considered).

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead development, testing, calibration, and maintenance of excess casualty pricing models
  • Deliver large-account, account-specific pricing guidance and collaborate with underwriters
  • Drive data quality, documentation, metrics reporting and remediation for pricing tools
  • Advanced Excel required; Python, R and SQL skills are a plus
  • Qualified actuary through the Casualty Actuarial Society required

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Property & Casualty actuarial pricing or reserving
  • Excess casualty / large account pricing
  • Pricing model development and calibration
  • Advanced Excel for actuarial analysis

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualified actuary through the Casualty Actuarial Society
  • Material experience in Property & Casualty actuarial pricing or reserving
  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the posting country
