This is a leadership role for an Actuary or Financial Director to lead Principal's Enterprise Model team. You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of production processes in ALFA and Integrate, driving efficiencies and high-quality reporting. The role requires influencing across the organization, building stakeholder relationships, and coaching team members within a life/annuity context.
