You will price individual annuity products, maintain AXIS pricing models, support ALM and flow reinsurance execution, and present rate recommendations to executives. The role requires an ASA and at least five years of annuities/pricing experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Price individual annuity products and recommend new money and renewal rates
- Maintain and enhance AXIS pricing models and supporting model infrastructure
- Support ALM strategy, asset/cohort analysis, and flow reinsurance execution
- Present pricing and rate-setting results to executives and cross-functional teams
- Remote role; requires ASA and 5+ years of annuities actuarial experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Individual annuities pricing experience
- Prior actuarial modeling experience
- Advanced Excel skills
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) required
- Minimum of 5 years progressive actuarial experience in annuities
- Advanced to expert Excel skills required
- Prior actuarial modeling experience required
