- Lead inforce management for Life and Annuities, driving profitability and competitiveness
- Own experience studies, rate setting, assumption development, and product filings
- Manage and develop actuarial staff in the inforce pricing unit
- Collaborate with Product Development, Finance, Investments, and Legal
- Based in Montpelier, VT; ASA or FSA with 7+ years required

- Life and Annuities inforce management
- Experience studies and rate setting
- Assumption development and regulatory alignment
- Reinsurance strategy support and execution
- Familiarity with MG-ALFA actuarial software
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- ASA or FSA designation required
- Minimum of 7 years of actuarial experience
- Experience with MG-ALFA actuarial software
- Working knowledge of Statutory, Tax and GAAP valuation requirements
