JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead inforce management initiatives for Life and Annuities blocks
- Perform experience studies, assumption development and rate setting
- Manage and develop actuarial staff in the Inforce pricing unit
- Partner with Product, Finance, Investments and Legal stakeholders
- Based in Addison, TX; reports to the VP, Inforce Management
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Inforce management for life and annuities
- Experience studies to support pricing and inforce decisions
- Rate setting and assumption development
- Product filings and regulatory alignment
- Statutory, Tax and GAAP valuation knowledge
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- ASA or FSA designation required
- Minimum 7 years of actuarial experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, Finance or related
- Solid financial modeling experience; MG-ALFA preferred
- Ability to pass a full background check
