Must have
Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA)
5+ years of insurance or consulting experience
Strong actuarial expertise combined with broad business acumen and strategic thinking
Advanced analytical, mathematical, and actuarial modeling capabilities
Proven ability to build partnerships, collaborate across stakeholders, and foster teamwork
Self-motivated and adaptable, with ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environment
