You will develop IBNP reserving models, support quarterly earnings for a public company, and build analytics and dashboards while managing a Lead Analyst. This is a remote role open within the United States.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead reserving for IBNP across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines
- Support quarterly earnings reporting for a publicly traded company
- Build P&L forecasting models and actuarial trend models from scratch
- Manage a Lead Analyst and collaborate with Finance, Data, ACO, and M&A
- Remote role within the United States; CA market experience preferred
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Provider-side healthcare experience
- Reserving for IBNP across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial
- Value-based care (VBC) experience
- Experience producing public financial reports
- Risk adjustment experience
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- FSA or ASA credential required
- 5+ years of actuarial experience
- 1+ years of value-based care (VBC) or adjacent experience
- Strong reserving experience (IBNP) across multiple LOBs
- Experience producing public financial reports
