JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Own and manage Medicaid claims analytics dataset in Databricks
- Lead data-related projects from scoping through post-production validation
- Perform Medicaid claims trend analysis and forecasting to identify cost drivers
- Requires ASA or FSA and MAAA, plus advanced SQL/Python skills
- Remote US role; occasional travel to Humana offices may be required
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- managing large healthcare claims datasets
- Medicaid claims trend analysis and forecasting
- experience across multiple actuarial functions (modeling/pricing/reserving/reporting)
- project management for actuarial data projects
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- FSA or ASA credential plus MAAA membership
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing large healthcare claims datasets and trend analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Databricks, SQL, or Python
- Demonstrated project management skills and multi-function actuarial experience
