You will deliver in-depth pricing and portfolio analyses, present findings to underwriting and leadership, and influence strategy for complex, high-severity casualty and energy accounts. The role requires strong analytics, communication, and modeling skills (Excel/SAS).
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Support US Middle Market Energy underwriting with pricing and portfolio analysis
- Prepare complex actuarial reports and present findings to business leaders
- Build models and manipulate data using Excel and SAS
- Mentor and train less-experienced staff and deliver underwriting training
- Senior role requiring 5–7 years actuarial experience in casualty/energy
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Middle market energy portfolio analysis
- Large-account and complex casualty pricing
- High-severity casualty experience
- Experience partnering with underwriting and product teams
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5–7 years relevant actuarial experience required
- Experience with large-account and complex casualty pricing
- Advanced computing skills including MS Excel and SAS
