This Director-level role manages actuarial models for F&G's life insurance and annuity products, including Pension Risk Transfer, payout annuities, indexed/fixed universal life, and traditional life. The Actuary, Model Steward oversees AXIS model governance, documentation, and change management, ensuring models are ready for production runs in valuation, pricing, and ALM. The position also manages and develops staff, interacts with internal teams and external vendors, and fosters a risk management culture. Based in Des Moines, Iowa with flexible work arrangements.
