Manager-level Life actuarial role in West Chester, Pennsylvania, focused on independent model validation and broader model risk management for individual life and annuity products. You will establish the validation function, oversee model reviews, manage actuaries, and communicate findings to senior management and governance committees.

Requirements

Strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance or related business discipline
  • FSA or near FSA designation
  • 7+ years of actuarial experience
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
  • Prior experience with GGY AXIS and/or Prophet
  • Familiarity with AI and practical experience applying AI to work processes
  • Strong knowledge of life insurance and annuity products
  • Familiarity with financial reporting, capital, ALM, investments, pricing, reinsurance, and risk management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for senior management and governance committees
