JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead validation and risk assessment of actuarial models for IUL, RILA, and VA
Prepare and present validation findings to management and Model Validation Committee
Second-line model validation within an Actuarial/Risk function
Hybrid role — three days per week in office (Baltimore hub)
Targeted at senior actuaries with FSA or equivalent and multi-year experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Model validation for IUL, RILA, and VA
Asset modelling relevant to life and annuity products
Experience with actuarial model governance and regulatory standards

KEY REQUIREMENTS

FSA or equivalent designation with 7+ years' relevant experience (or Master’s +5 years; ASA +10 years accepted in lieu)
Experience validating models for equity‑based life/annuity products (IUL, RILA, VA)
Strong actuarial modelling and validation judgement with regulatory awareness
Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Hybrid work pattern (3 days in office) in one of the hub locations
