Senior life/annuity actuarial role focused on Modeling & ALM using FIS Prophet. You will design, enhance, validate and run Prophet projections to support US GAAP, Bermuda capital reporting, embedded value, liquidity and economic capital. The role supports ALM and investment integrations and is open to remote candidates in the Eastern/Central United States.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Own design, build, validation and governance of FIS Prophet models for annuity reinsurance
- Run Prophet projections for US GAAP, Bermuda EBS/BSCR, liquidity and economic capital
- Support ALM, liquidity projections, and investment integrations
- Provide technical mentorship and present results to senior management
- Remote role for candidates in the Eastern/Central United States; minimal travel (~10%)
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Hands-on Prophet modeling for annuity products
- Life & Annuities insurance or reinsurance experience
- Projections for US GAAP and Bermuda EBS/BSCR
- ALM, liquidity projections and economic capital analysis
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- FSA designation required
- Minimum 5+ years of actuarial experience with hands-on Prophet modeling
- Direct experience with annuity product modeling and reinsurance structures
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, math, statistics or related field
- Advanced, hands-on expertise in FIS Prophet and strong Excel skills
