JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead development of claims actuarial tools and analytics for reserving
  • Analyze claims trends, quantify impacts, and recommend actions
  • Partner closely with Claims and present findings to executive leadership
  • Hybrid in Stevens Point, WI — work from home Mon & Fri; in office Tue–Thu
  • Requires ACAS or FCAS membership and minimum 5 years' experience

  • preparing executive-level actuarial communications

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in math/actuarial science
  • Minimum 5 years of related actuarial experience
  • Membership as an Associate or Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society
  • Strong communication and financial/analytical skills
  • Eligible to work without F-1, J-1, or H-1 visa sponsorship
