Senior P&C pricing role focused on cyber and professional liability at At-Bay in Atlanta, GA. You’ll develop and implement pricing models, rate plans and business logic for Cyber and Tech E&O products and partner cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, product and decision-engine teams. Reports to the Director, Pricing and contributes to product launches, reinsurance work and KPI-driven pricing initiatives.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Senior pricing role for Cyber, Tech E&O and miscellaneous professional liability
- Develop and implement rate plans, rating rules and production risk models
- Work cross-functionally with Underwriting, Claims, Product, and Decision Engine
- Hands-on use of internal data, forecasting tools, SQL and Python/R
- Reports to the Director, Pricing; Atlanta-based role
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Professional lines pricing
- Personal or commercial lines profitability analysis
- Rate plan development and segmentation
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- ACAS or FCAS required
- Proficiency with Excel and SQL; experience with Python and/or R
- Experience analyzing profitability of personal and/or commercial lines
- Proven track record leading end-to-end pricing projects
- Ability to work cross-functionally with underwriting, product and claims
