JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Own enterprise ALM model for life and annuity lines
  • Model asset portfolio and economic scenarios
  • Produce ALM analyses: duration, convexity, cash flow matching
  • Partner with ALM Strategy, Investments, Risk, Capital
  • 8-10+ yrs exp, FSA/ASA, MG-ALFA modeling preferred

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • ALM and asset modeling
  • Fixed income and structured asset cash flows
  • Interest rate risk analysis
  • Economic scenario generation
  • Life/annuity statutory framework

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years progressive actuarial experience (Sr) or 8+ (Actuary)
  • At least 5 years in ALM or asset-intensive actuarial work
  • Fellow or Associate of SOA (FSA or ASA)
  • Hands-on modeling with open platform (MG-ALFA preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field
