Role Summary

This is a senior Actuary role at Curative, a fast-growing health insurer, responsible for owning the pricing of the ASO (self-funded) product line with a primary focus on employer stop loss pricing (specific and aggregate). You will manage the end-to-end actuarial mechanics, including rating methodology, experience studies, IBNP valuation, and state rate filings. The role is based in Austin, Texas, and involves close collaboration with Underwriting, Sales, Finance, and regulators.
