JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Support cross-lines P&C reserving and aggregate reserves for executive reporting
- Maintain and enhance the TM1 reserving database and department data repository
- Prepare statutory deliverables and periodic reserving reports
- Drive process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency
- Senior individual contributor role based in Hartford, CT
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- P&C reserving across multiple lines
- TM1 Reserving Database experience
- ResQ actuarial reserving tool experience
- SQL querying for data support
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of actuarial or related experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong technical and analytical capabilities
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
