JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Own Merlin AI product: AI workflows, reliability, and user-facing intelligence
- Translate actuarial and clinical questions into data primitives and specs
- Define evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and reduce LLM hallucinations
- Drive cross-functional delivery and GTM adoption with payers and providers
- Based in San Francisco, CA; startup environment with equity grants
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Familiarity with healthcare data and data primitives
- Experience with value-based care or risk-based contracting
- Knowledge of actuarial concepts or financial analytics
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5+ years in product management, consulting, analytics, or adjacent roles
- Experience turning ambiguous problems into shipped systems with engineers
- Familiarity with healthcare data, value-based care, or actuarial concepts
- Strong systems thinking about data, workflows, and edge-case handling
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and data/science
