Drive product innovation and integrate investment, risk, and actuarial views
High-visibility, cross-functional leadership role within AMG
Remote role (US-based) with occasional travel
Ideal for senior candidates with 8+ years in ALM or investments

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

ALM or investments experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
Experience with stable value and annuity products
Knowledge of fixed income cash flows, duration, convexity and spread dynamics
Understanding of statutory and GAAP asset and derivative accounting
Familiarity with commercial mortgage loan structures and prepayment behavior

KEY REQUIREMENTS

8+ years of ALM or investments experience
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, mathematics, actuarial science, or related field
Deep knowledge of annuity and stable value products and fixed income assets
Knowledge of statutory and GAAP asset and derivative accounting
CFA and/or FSA (or equivalent) or commensurate experience
