Senior ALM leadership role supporting Retirement Plans and Individual Annuity product lines. You'll design and implement ALM frameworks, processes, and tools, integrating investments, risk, and product dynamics to support capital efficiency and product innovation. Remote role based in OR with occasional travel and high cross-functional visibility.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead ALM framework design and implementation for Retirement Plans and Individual Annuities
- Drive integration of investment strategy, risk, and product dynamics into decision-making
- High-visibility role partnering with Investments, Corporate Actuarial, Finance, and Product
- Remote (OR) role with occasional travel
- Requires senior ALM/investments experience and CFA and/or FSA credential
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- ALM or investments experience
- Stable value and annuity product knowledge
- Fixed income assets: cash flows, yield, duration, convexity, spread dynamics
- Understanding of commercial mortgage loan structures and prepayment behavior
- Statutory and GAAP asset and derivative accounting knowledge
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of ALM or investments experience
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and/or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA)
- Proven experience leading high-complexity, cross-functional initiatives
