The role is hybrid, with at least three office days weekly in Chicago or Bethesda, Maryland.

Requirements

Must have

  • Must live within commutable distance to Bethesda, MD or Chicago, IL
  • Ability to work hybrid schedule (at least 3 days in office per week)
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Strongly preferred

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in quantitative field with graduation by May 2028
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Intermediate skills in Excel
  • Basic proficiency with data analysis software (R, SAS, SQL, Python, Power BI)
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Highly effective communication skills
  • Self-driven, motivated, and leadership potential
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities
