You will reverse-engineer stored procedures, create source-to-target mappings, perform data profiling, and resolve data quality issues using SQL. The role partners with data modelers, developers, and business analysts to document business rules and transformation logic.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Reverse-engineer stored procedures and document business logic
- Create and maintain source-to-target mappings for data integration
- Perform data profiling, validation, and data quality remediation
- Work with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) using SQL
- Remote/distributed role with onshore-offshore overlap meetings
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Strong SQL and relational database experience
- Analyzing and extracting logic from stored procedures
- Creating source-to-target mappings and data flow documentation
- Working with financial and actuarial datasets (claims, premiums, reserves)
- Experience with data quality frameworks and issue resolution
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Strong experience in SQL and relational databases
