JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Support corporate P&C actuarial transformation, rate monitoring, and financial planning
- Maintain and develop Shiny dashboards (Price Monitor, Profit Study)
- Maintain actuarial databases and queries in SQL
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc actuarial reports and exhibits
- Based in Philadelphia, PA reporting to the Corporate Actuarial lead
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Rate monitoring and exposure monitoring
- Maintaining Shiny dashboards for price and profit monitoring
- Maintaining actuarial databases in SQL
- Assisting with rate filings and producing exhibits
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience building and maintaining Shiny dashboards
- Proficient in SQL and maintaining actuarial databases
- Experience with monthly/quarterly reporting and rate monitoring
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
